M. Lyn Hall is an illustrator, writer, and designer. Their influences range from 70s pulp fantasy covers to medieval woodcuts to Art Nouveau advertisements; they work both with vector and with high-quality raster elements, and know their way around Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. They also have an interest in surface pattern design.

In 2021, I collaborated with Seven Seas Entertainment to create the cover design, seasonal-themed borders, hand-lettered titles, and spine ornamentation for the US special edition of Nagabe’s beloved series The Girl from the Other Side, to complement Nagabe’s cover and spot art.
